About
Our Story
The owners of Just In Time previously enjoyed a large cottage on Lake Huron for three decades and recently downsized to this village house. The house underwent substantial renovation which kept in mind sustainability and energy efficiency without sacrificing character including features like Shoji-style pocket doors, vaulted ceilings, and a repurposed barn wall privacy fence to name a few.
Working for a San Francisco based worldwide engineering and construction firm led the owners to enjoyable assignments in Ann Arbor (from which came their Huron County presence), Taiwan, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. Consequently the owners were able to pick up art, mementos, and souvenirs from around the globe which are now displayed throughout the house.
Experience Port Austin as if you truly lived here.
