What You Need to Know

Check-In/Out

• Check-In - 3 PM Sunday

  • Check-in is at 3 PM. Maris will contact you before check-in with information for your stay.

• Check-Out - 10 AM Sunday

  • Check-out is no later than 10 AM. We ask that you would please leave the house as you found it.

Deposit & Payment

• A deposit of 50% of the total amount due for the stay is required to secure a booking, payable by cash, check or money order made out to Maris Fravel. No debit or credit cards are accepted.

  • All deposits must be paid to Maris Fravel and mailed to:

    • P.O. Box 10236

    • Bainbridge Island, WA 98110

• The balance due is to be paid on arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

• Two weeks notice is required for a full deposit refund. If cancelled with less than two weeks notice, the deposit is returned only if the house is subsequently rented for the same time period.

FAQs

• Are pets allowed? - No, pets are not allowed. The owner uses the cottage and has allergies.

• Do we have WiFi? - Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available for those staying with us. The password is posted in the house.

• Do we have cable? - Yes, we have DirectTV available at no cost.

• Do we have a grill? - Yes, there is a grill with a table there for you to use, as well as grill tools and a starter chimney. Guests must provide their own charcoal.

• No smoking - Just In Time is a smoke-free house

• In case of emergency - If you are experiencing maintenance issues first call Terry Boyle at (248) 760-7696. If you are experiencing a real emergency please call 911 and then Terry.
